This is a post off of my other blog. My friend wrote it. I am Reeses and she is CoCo.As you know me (CoCo) and Reeses, love Skillet. And, as you know, we like them just the way they are (or used to be).But a thing that was totally unexpected happened a little while ago.
Skillet's drummer (the blond in the picture) is leaving!!!!! Trust me, when I heard this I couldn't believe it. Reeses almost cried!
She is one of the best drummers I have ever listened to. Lately, since I heard about the drummer (Lori Peters) leaving, I have not been able to stop listening to Skillet.
If you just listen to the drums in certain songs, you will hear how good she is.
The drummer that will be taking her place is named Jen Ledger. She is eighteen and we are hoping that she is just as good as Lori, and that we will not be disappointed. -CoCo

That is horrible!!!!!I can not think how much We are going to miss her.she is the best drummer I have ever heard.And, your right the great talent they had together is gone now!!!Together they made a great team!!Noooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Say goodbye to Lori Peters and hello to a new drummer named Jen.I hope she is good.But I know she wil not be better than Lori !!!!But hey at least look at the bright side.At least the band is not totally spliting up!!!:) But it is really sad that Lori is leaving.:(..Well, I am hoping that Lori will stay safe!!!!:)Keep writing
A GOOD MUSICIAN IS HARD TO FIND. IT IS A GOD GIVEN TALENT BUT THE NEW DRUMMER CAN TAKE HER PLACE AND DO A GREAT JOB.
